fix!: avoid "comptime var" error by returning array instead of slice

this changes the semantics of `comptimeEncode`; users will need to,
e.g. use

```zig
const encoding = comptimeEncode(T);
passToObjc(&encoding)
```

to pass the encoding by pointer rather than by value.
